DICE has published a new video where it talks about the development of Battlefield 2042, a game that since its launch is under reconstruction and receiving news through seasons. The team has communicated various news, including the content of Season 3 and the upcoming arrival of the game to the catalog of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play. In addition, the studio has announced free-to-play periods on all platforms and revealed that it is already working on season 4, which will be available in 2023.
Battlefield 2042 Season 3 doesn’t have a release date yet, but DICE teases it will add a new Specialist, a new map “in a location we’ve always wanted to include,” reworks to the Manifest and Rupture maps, and new armory gear. . For its part, the Weapons Vault will increase its selection of LMGs with the XM8 from Bad Company 2 and the A-91 from Battlefield 3.
