NetEase has announced that Jackalope Games, the studio that opened less than a year ago in the United States, has changed its name to Jackalyptic Games. Just changing the name, the development team remains headed by Jack Emmert, an Xbox veteran who was involved in the launch of the original Xbox, Xbox Live, and Halo.
In addition to the name change to Jackalyptic Games, it has also been reported that the studio is working on a Warhammer game that is in its early stages of development. The title has the collaboration of Games Workshop and will be available on consoles and PC.
